Who processes your data
The controller is ARB craft. For data protection questions, contact us using the form on this site.
What data and why
From the contact form we process your name, e-mail, optionally phone and location, and the content of your message. We need them to reply to you and prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long
We keep an enquiry for no more than 24 months after it was sent; it is then deleted automatically. If the enquiry leads to a contract, we keep the data for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Who has access
The data is stored on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Notifications of new enquiries are sent by e-mail through the controller's mailbox provider. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
Cookies and fonts
This site uses no cookies or visitor tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own server, not by third parties.
